Responsibilities
- Follow up sales orders of key customers
- Follow up developments and approval submissions
- Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail
- Organize delivery schedules
Requirements
- Form 7 or above, university degree preferred
- At least 2 years working experience as merchandiser/customer service in trimming field (buttons, buckles, labels, hangtags etc.)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- PC knowledge (MS Office)
- Pleasant personality, good telephone manner and able to work independent
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Responsible, energetic, well organized and detail-minded
