We have created a unique finishing process in our factory; special dye-to-match procedures, burning treatments or hot stamping facilities add the value on our trims. With sophisticated polishing techniques and European lathe machinery we are the leading manufacturer for real horn buttons in Asia.
Our ethical standards make sure that all our horn is obtained from buffalos as a by-products of abattoirs, no animals are bred or slaughtered for their horns. Horns or tusks from endangered species are never used.
Nylon, also known as Polyamide (PA), and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) often identified as hard rubber, are commonly used in the trim industry due to their durability and strength. Soft rubber (silicone) is used as a typical branding element for labels in single or multi colours. TPE and silicone trims are particularly popular among many outdoor, sports or performance brands.
