While recycling is not a new topic, the importance and awareness surrounding this subject is increasing considerably – along with the innovative and sophisticated processes involved in production of recycled materials.
Our recycled products comply with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and our factory has been certified accordingly.
Our well trained Quality Control teams share our eye for detail and precisely follow AQL standards. Throughout physical performance tests such as fastness tests, force tests etc. we ensure to follow the quality manual given. Similarly, we pay attention to the visual quality of our products – making sure the appearance of product meets the highest standard.
Certainly, quality assurance according to OEKO-TEX® standard is provided as well and we are certificate holders for many of our materials, such as zinc alloy, brass/copper, polyester and real leather.
Frameless Asia Pacific is a registered account holder on the Higg Index to show performance and the positive impact on the people employed in our group and society at large. The Higg Index has been developed by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, which represents nearly a third of all clothing and footwear sold on the planet.
-Recycled metal (zinc alloy, copper), TPE, PP, PE, ABS and polyamide (certified according to Global Recycled Standard)
-Recycled leather (certified according to Global Recycled Standard)
-Sustainable Metal Colours (entirely made without electroplating – audited and certified by SGS)
-Biodegradable plastic (a self-degrading biopolymer)
-Natural materials such as Real Horn, Corozo and Mother of Pearl/Shell (renewable resource)
